Hi! My name is Sara Fischetti, and I’m an artist who recently graduated from the College of Charleston with a Studio Art minor. I’ve loved art for as long as I can remember, and I’m so grateful to have been able to pursue a higher education in it. My passion for creating art began in high school, and I’ve been making lots of it ever since!
I primarily work with oil paint, though I also enjoy using watercolor and graphite as well. When I make art, I aim to create something visually compelling that transforms my subject into more than what it originally is. In my earlier works, I focused heavily on achieving perfection and realism. Recently, I’ve grown to love being more expressive with form, color, and texture.
